How do I clean my ears safely?

Use a wet flannel to clean around your ear and just inside the ear canal. Be careful not to push the flannel down your ear canal too much because some parts of your ear canal can be very painful. It’s best to see a professional to clean your wax if it’s causing problems. Remember, having some ear wax is good for your ears and keeps them healthy.
