It was quick and easy to get an appointment, staff were friendly and welcoming both on the phone and in person. Gemma explained everything very well and I felt comfortable and relaxed though the whole process. All this plus the fact that the prices are a lot lower than what others offer.

My hearing test and fitting was completed within an hour and a half and I was on my way with a whole new hearing experience. I had also spent time prior doing extensive research on the ReSound hearing aids and it is clear these are the best on the market, interestingly this is the only brand Resonate provide for the very same reasons.
