Karen, our audiologist, graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2013 and brings over a decade of industry experience to the Resonate team. She moved to Paraparaumu almost two years ago before joining us in early 2024. Before becoming an audiologist, she worked as a Senior Lecturer in Economics and earned a PhD in Computer Integrated Education. You’re in qualified hands! When asked why she chose Resonate, Karen shared, “I wanted to work for a company that truly puts people first, not profits.” We couldn’t agree more. Our Navigator, Kylee, has worked in audiology for three years and has already built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Kylee is passionate about creating lasting customer relationships and thrives in the ever-changing world of hearing healthcare.
