As we move through life, it’s natural for our hearing to change, just like our eyesight or energy levels. And if you’ve spent years working in a noisy environment, such as farming, construction, or factories, that history of sound exposure can catch up with you later in life. It’s why we believe that having your hearing assessed annually is one of the easiest and most helpful things you can do for your overall well-being.

Think of it as a yearly catch-up on your hearing health. The chance to catch or notice any small changes early, so you can take relevant action if needed. Even if everything is going well, it gives you peace of mind knowing you're keeping an eye (or rather, an ear) on your overall hearing well-being. Hearing loss often happens gradually and slowly. You might notice your TV creeping up louder, or conversations in busy places aren’t as clear as they used to be. A simple, annual hearing assessment helps pick up on those changes early, before they really start to affect your day-to-day life.

As we now know, hearing health is closely linked to other important areas , including memory, balance, sleep, cognitive fitness, and social connection Therefore, staying in tune with your hearing health through life allows you to continue doing the things you enjoy and spending time with the people you love without missing a moment.

Your hearing matters, and we’re here to help you look after it. It's never too late to start. Our comprehensive Ear360 assessment checks up to 10 areas of your hearing health to give you a complete profile of your hearing, so you have a better picture of your health and wellness. If you’re not sure what kind of check is right for you, it’s worth understanding the difference between a free hearing test vs Ear360.
